Keep in mind that the introduction of the Grand Sport meant the need for twice as many J56 brakes as before when it was only the Z06 that had these brakes. Then, consider the fact that GM is offering $5,000 off the J57 brakes, it looks like they are trying to mitigate demand so that they can maximize GS and Z06 supply.

Thanks to Mike Furman@Criswell Chevrolet, who can be reached, desk direct @ 301.212.4420, we have this week's constraints. Please note that the constraint on Grand Sports is down nationally to 25%, meaning that for every 4 GS orders submitted, GM is only accepting 1. Of course our forum dealers have lots of allocation and are preferenced by GM due to their size, and thus are getting their GS orders accepted.

Essentially the same constraints as one week ago, with just a few percent reduction in the nationwide percentage of Grand Sports that GM will be accepting this consensus. However, as before, the large nationa forum SRF supporting dealerships have plenty of approved allocation and are getting the GS orders accepted within a couple of days of submitting.

Thank you Mike@CorvetteFurman.com/CriswellCorvette. Mike can be reached, desk direct @ 301.212.4420.

Thanks to Mike Furman (Criswell Corvette/CorvetteFurman.com), who can be reached desk direct @ 301.212.4420, we have learned that there is no 2017 allocations this consensus, e.g. 100% constraints on 2017 Corvettes (no surprise as Mike shared with us a long time ago that last week was the closing consensus on ordering 2017's).

Thanks Mike for sharing the details, as follows:
