Glad that problem doesn't happen with the Z51.

I installed the Vitesse on my base C7. Huge difference in throttle response.

I don't think the Vitesse will make a bit of difference for the lag on the Z06 with the A8. The Vitesse changes the percent throttle for a given pedal depression. That isn't the problem with the Z06+A8. The problem is a time delay in throttle response, not an issue with throttle percentage.

On the other hand, I am sure the lag is something which could be tuned out, if someone were willing to go that route.

Is this normal?? Anyone Else? Software upgrade or maybe just the way supercharged cars are???
I have a 2018 Z06 manual and I do not have this problem even in ECO mode so I would agree with meyerweb that it is a problem with the A8. Sorry to hear it.

It is my understanding that no C7 has the lag problem except the Z06 with the A8 transmission.

Yea I do not recall having this problem with my 2017 Grand Sport that had an A8 so that is probably correct.
