Agree--I installed Powerstops and have been pleased with the minimal brake dust. Also they were very reasonably priced, about $130 on Amazon as I recall. --Bob

Agreed on the Powerstops. I have had them on for almost 1K miles and have been very happy so far. Much less dust on the chrome wheels, and same brake feel when stopping.

I now have Carbotch 1521 pads on my Grand Sport. Same low dust and they stop very predicable when cold. I have a bit of a unique requirement. I merge into a 4 lane highway at the end of my street with traffic traveling ~65 mph. Soon after, I turn onto another rural road and no shoulder to slow down so I use the brakes very aggressively to avoid cars/trucks behind having to hit their brakes. I find the US made Carbotech pads stop with very uniform linear pedal modulation. The cheap Chinese made PowerStop pads I initially used did not have the braking confidence I had been used to with my 2014 in that turn. Especially needed when there is a car on that rural road waiting to merge on the highway- not much room. I switched to the more expensive Carbotech pads after trying the cheap pads for 900 miles! Note, they stopped fine when warm.
Have talked with folks who have used Hawk pads (which are about the same price as Carbotech.) They stop fine but am told they are more off/on where the Carbotech have very linear modulation.

Have had the Carbotech 1521’s for about 3 years, very satisfied, side benefit - very little dust!
Order "Power Stop" pads last week, my car is going to get them installed tomorrow. I'll post my thoughts in a few days.
Installed PS Z26s on my GS about a year ago and find them to perform very well with much less dust.

Also Power Stops very happy with them.
Power stops installed my my chevy dealer today, no difference in braking, need a week or two on the dust
Anyone having issues with rotors turning brown with the Powerstops? That's the only thing holding me back. Currently looking at Hawk or Carbon Tech.

I am in the minority and have had the browning but if reviewing most of the threads on the PowerStops Pads most people seem to be pleased so perhaps I and others got a bad batch that caused the browning.
