DSOM Z06 Pictures After Four Plus Years - Xpel Ult Wiith cQuartz

Received a PM asking how my paint coating of Xpel Ultimate and two coats of cQuartz Finest has held up and realized how long it has been since I have been here. Time flies when you relocate and I am in the middle of building a 40x30 two story garage right now with 11ft ceilings and 3 x 10x10 doors. Its electrical week.

In any case, I have just over 60,000 on the Z06 now, having received it back in Jun 15. I had the entire body done in XPel Ultimate back then and applied two coats of cQuartz Finest myself. The car has seen the US and Canada a few times and is not by any means a garage queen. I have yet to apply any wax whatsoever after four plus years and might occasionally hit it with Blackfire detailer. It has only ever been washed with straight water but for a few times to get shots of suds covering the car...

Enjoy... All of the carbon fiber work is the artistry of John Caravaggio in Toronto. Oh and no special effects... Simple Samsung Note 8 pictures.

the PPF is the biggest paint protection improvement you can have. I also did full PPF and ceramic coating over it. going on a year and a half. I do wash with soap sud gun and dry, it beads up like I applied it yesterday, I love it and will do with all my cars in the future.Name: IMG_9300.JPG

Couldn't agree more with above POST. When I did it about 2 years ago i thought only about the maintenance and some limited protection from small rocks around the rockers and wheels. Last week i had a serious run in with a curb with the right front lower bumper. Scrapped the SunTech PPF big time. Was able to take it to the original shop and they removed the PPF from my ah crap area and replaced it . Not a bit of damage to the paint or body. Without that wrap I would have had a several thousand dollar repair to replace or repaint that area of the car no doubt.
