On Sept 22 I got a $1000 private offer from the Chevy website good towards "an eligible new 2014 or 2015 Chevy"
At the bottom the disclaimer in fine print said "offer available on 2014 and 2015 Chevrolet vehicles except 2014 Sonic, Spark, 2014 Corvette and Chevrolet SS" Any reading of this would mean that the offer would be good on a 2015 Corvette.
My dealer could not get the code to work on my 2015 Corvette even though the people he called said it should. Time was short as I was doing Museum Delivery. He promised to work on getting me the $1000 back so I went ahead and bought the car.(Sept29) Also the offer expired Sept 30. Now my dealer is getting no where with GM and I not getting anywhere either. I have called, emailed, and even written a letter to Mary Barra. I feel like GM should honor the offer they gave me on the website and refund me $1000. If anybody has any ideas about how I should pursue this, it would be very helpful.

I had one and used it.... on my C7! The F&I Mgr knew exactly what to do to process it accordingly. I even had to sign a GM document to redeem/claim it but during the time of sale/contract process. However since you took delivery already plus your offer has expired, I'm not sure if they can retro apply it at this point unless GM goodwills it?? Good luck and no matter what the outcome is, do enjoy your C7. It'll be water under the bridge sooner or later.
