Made a few passes yesterday and car ran good. There was about 20 mph head wind. New Personal Best for Stock on Stock tires. Car is A6, non-z51 with NPP exhaust. Also used Launch control

Very, very nice "jrwood," and your times will continually get better when you are not fighting a 20 MPH headwind.

Wow...are they supposed to be that fast stock!?

One of our forum members, "Snorman," a long term Corvette drag racing master, has run a 11.49 quarter @ 118.96 with his stock A6 StingRay. He consistently beat GM's posted times for the quarter in his C6's and is doing it again with his StingRay.

He has a deposit on a 2015 A8 Z06 and I/we can hardly wait for those results, and am positive he will again better GM's posted time for the '15 Z (expected GM announcement later this summer).

Sport, touring, track mode?
If in track, did you have a certain selection in the traction settings? i.e. sport 1, sport 2
Shifting it or leaving it in auto?
