Here you go Nick!!!

One of my long time customers picked up a brand new Aventador a few months ago. He has had me CQuartz all of his previous vehicles and wanted the Aventador done as well. Brought it too me for the usual New Car Prep to remove any defects on the paint and get the car all glossed up for CQuartz Finest. Luckily the paint was not bad overall. Only found very minimal light scratches and a few areas of holograms.

When the car arrived it was pretty dirty. The owner had been enjoying many drives with it and it had been caught out in the rain a few times.

After washing the car, claying all the surfaces and getting it dried off. I brought it inside to inspect under a great LED flashlight. Only found minimal scratches in areas.

Then as usual, near the straight line scratches I find holograms...

After polishing the area...no more holograms.

Car was pretty easy to polish and clean up the few defects overall, but the deck lid glass was a different story. It seems the owner got some nasty hard water on the back water. Was bought on the top and bottom of the glass. Took about 45 minutes a pane to remove the water spots. Its amazing that little extra work can make on the appearance of the car overall.

After cleaning the pane.

It was hard to capture pane to pane, but here shows you the different in clarity of the glass.

After everything was done. The paint was polished, wiped down with Eraser and then had two coats of Finest applied; I took some shots inside. Its amazing with the Verde Itcha color how lighting affects the look of the car. Inside my shop with the overhead lights the yellow pearl was very pronounced and the color was much lighter. The Finest was part to blame for the pearl being more pronounced. I noticed after I was applying it that the pearl was showing through better.

The following day while I was at the shop, it turned out to be a really nice day so I decided to take the car outside for some great afters.

Then my favorite shot. Yes, this picture is edited if its not outright noticeable. lol

Stunning, thanks for posting. Hopefully you will have some C7 examples to show in the near future.

That is the reason for my special. I myself want to play with the paint on a few of the C7's. Hoping that its just as nice of quality as the C6. That paint is amazing to work with.

Thanks for sharing. Now tell us about the Ariel Atom!

Its the 1 of 1 Atom 700.

How does a 700-HP twincharged Ariel Atom sound? - Autoblog

I'm not skilled enough to drive the C7 let alone a 700hp Atom. Can I ask how much? Have you ever taken it to the track in Dawsonville?

We are asking $129,000 for it. As for taking it up to AMP, the owner has been invited numerous times to bring it up there, but has yet too. The car only has 1300 miles on it, so it is rarely driven.

Love it! Thank you Mike! You worked wonders on that thing! Takes a brave hand to take a coarse pad to paint from Lamborghini! I applaud you and the way that thing turned out!

Mike is a real detailer, and not just a glorified car washer guys! He obviously does great work, and uses top notch product!
