Unfortunately a number of the early 14C7s had info screen issues, but most occurred well before yours are showing up. There were some software updates that worked for some but a lot ending up getting a new head unit. I have not seen the dead pixels issue on the driver screen. Does it persist when you change out the settings?

 

Yes, unfortunately. Alas, this just popped up as an issue over the past couple of days. The weird part is how it migrated as a mild discoloration from the top of the screen and worked its way down to where it is at now…just like a reverse sun/moon rise.

Update, or lack thereof. Of course dealer recommended replacement of the instrument screen as they have not seen the issue. Way too costly for the nuisance. Considering I will be buried in the car, no issue for me unless it gets worse.
