Hello! Trying to figure out my dad’s car. Driving it randomly “Boggs” or hesitates followed by a whistle sound. Seems like it loses power for a sec then comes back around. He had spark plugs changed, some belts, and water pump. Said it never happened until after. Sound familiar to anyone? And it randomly happens at different speeds. Thanks in advance
