Other than the obvious, like Z06 or the new colors available....
Just by outward appearance, is it possible to tell a 2014 from a 2015?

Depends on the options on the car. If one has opted for the machined wheels those are only available in 2015 year model. Also the shift knob reads out "8 speed automatic". No physical body changes.

If it's green or cyber gray it's a 2014
If it's shark gray or orange, it's a 2015
