I can almost bet that GM is following these forums and getting sentiment analysis of what buyers are saying. Many of us already have our C7s. Granted, this C7 is world class & best one yet. Having done real-world testing, what are some features you’d like to get added over the next few years, or done better?

Here are couple of mine:

EQ for the radio
Better trained dealers (they literally know less about C7 than the buyers. No excuse)
I never received any manuals or even links to manuals with C7. A thumb drive would have been a great touch loaded with all the manuals, and that we could reuse for our MP3 library
Simple how to FAQs – or “quick start”
Any maintenance sheet, again easy to read & understand. Like a summary view what to do, not to do, etc. What oil to use, break in period, and so forth
More apps or data service available through the car, such as hot spot, so we could use Pandora instead of phone acting as a wifi.

I believe it's Audi have the manuals online in the audio/display system. This would be kind of cool to be able to just search and bring up any info you required.

Absolutely agree that the dealers know less than the buyers about the C7 and its options, totally backward

Dave if I understand your post, I am surprised you did not receive the Owners Manual, the Quick Overview pamphlet etc with your new C7. All of that was included with mine. Also, elsewhere we have posted links to the urls for downloading the full manual, quick overview, etc. I am still on the road so if you can't find those links perhaps someone else can provide them for you before I get back.

Great ideas. I received an IPad with my New Cadillac XTS. Easy to use with different levels to get you where you need to go. Good demos/examples.

I have all the pdfs and the manuals and was memorizing them before getting C7. But I dont have a hard paper manual or any guides. Im out of town but will check when I get home. If I dont find them hidden anywhere in the car, I'll be calling my dealership.

You should have received a full manual with the car.

I also have all of the videos and tutorials that are available to the dealer saved to thumb drives that I provide to my clients at delivery.
