2016 Chevrolet Corvette z06 - lost key, dead battery, stuck in park in garage

Not sure I am on the right site for this vehicle but here is the dilemma. This car belongs to my sister and her husband. Due to medical issues her husband lost the keys and the car has sat in the garage for 2 years. Battery is dead. I am trying to help her get it towed to a dealership to have new keys (which we have) reprogrammed for the car.
Problem: I cannot get the car out of park to at least roll it out of the garage. With a battery charger hooked to the battery I can get the electrical system working but it appears I still need a programmed key fob in the car to release the transmission.
Towing companies do not recommend using wheel dollies to move/tow the car.. Any ideas on how to get the transmission out of park without a functional key?

Welcome to our forum and sorry to read about your sister and her husband's issues. I don't understand the reluctance of a reputable flatbed tow truck to use wheel dollies to allow loading on the flatbed. It can and is done without damage to the car.
Unrelated, your ip is blacklisted by several search engines- you might want to look into that.

Thanks for the reply, jsvette. I was able to have a new battery delivered and assisted to install it. A mobile locksmith came and was able to program the keys onsite, so the car is now up and running. Now will be looking for a local buyer in the Tacoma/Bremerton (Washington state) area.
Not sure what my "IP being blacklisted by several search engines" means.??

Glad you have it up and running.

Re IP being blacklisted "Your IP address resulted in the blacklisted symbol (IP Listed: Bad) appearing next to a few databases. It may be that at one point your IP address was flagged for some reason and blocked by some servers. (It could be that someone who was once assigned that IP address was blacklisted.)
Of course, if it seems that you're involved in spamming or other unwanted online behavior, your IP address could get blacklisted and blocked. It will get flagged and land on one or more of these databases."
