My 2019 C7 Driver Information Center would go blank at random times. I reported to dealer and to Chevy. Both told me I had to bring it into the dealership inop so they could get a code for the warranty repair. Safety issue and aggravating. Went out once at 70mph in heavy traffic, unsafe surpeise in high speed environment. Went out twice at night - no dealers open. Went out twice 50 miles from nearest dealer, came back on, on way there. Travelling, quit 2 miles from nearest dealer (they would see me in two weeks), drove on to next dealer (they would look at car in 3 weeks), finally ended up at my local dealer after 100 miles--they courteously plugged in the code reader and there was no code! 2 years of being put off by Chevy for a repair that should have been fixed when I reported it, and a problem first identified with the 2014 C7 models IN 2014! This is my 12th Corvette over 60 years, and the first that GM/Chevy has failed to provide reasonable customer service.
