This style spinners & wheel hub adapters would work .... IF ... the outer diameter of the center hub adapters fits thru the wheel's center hub opening. Also that the adapters are long enough for proper fit of the spinners.
I'm still investigating all of this. Please post any more info & I'll do the same.

 

I had ordered a 4 set 3 prong chrome knock-offs , but had to return them . The center of the wheel hub was smaller than the threaded adapter (2") . All of the ones I have seen Ebay ,Amazon were bigger in size and won"t fit .Just can"t seen to find the right size ! Also checked different Corvette catalogs. May be they just do not make them for Z51 wheels !

I've also looking into adapting C1 center hub spinners on to the OEM wheels. I'm still in n the in investigating stage right now. As shown the hub adapters FIT thru the center of the wheel. So finding "adapters" the SAME O.D. as the as the center hub opening of the OEM wheel is what has to be figured out. More about this later as I find out more info.
