Correctamundo. All deals are cash deals to a dealership. They get paid by the financing institution almost immediatey (within 30). And yes, in situations other than ours, the finance org often turns a front-end 'loser' deal into an overall 'winner.'

Boredom while waiting for my order to advance.
I looked at Truecar.com, and as of this morning they had data for 108 sales. 86 sold for MSRP or less. Of course the Truecar dealerships in my area want $5K over. No thanks.
