Please in addition to your great pictures tell us what trim level you have ordered, and what options you have selected for your car. You can add these details by doing a post edit on your first post and insert them into that opening thread. Having this information listed in your thread allows everyone to ask specific questions regarding any options you have selected. It also give you an opportunity to let us know what your thoughts are of them now that you now have your car. Thanks!

Glen,

Looking at your signature might I suggest that instead of the order codes people put the actual name of the option aside from the LT versions. Not everyone has the codes memorized

Here is another couple of ideas that might prove helpful; For owners to indicate their mileage as time passes and everyone updates their "Logbook Thread". This might help show trends if issues start to show up. I also would like to see partial VIN numbers listed, but I understand that some people may not be comfortable with that info. displayed on a forum. I suspect that there is a manufacture date on your paperwork somewhere that might prove to be just as useful if you just add it. Just fill in what you are comfortable with.

Has anyone had issues with the manual transmission in which first gear pops out of gear when you begin to move up, especially in a drive thru?

I've driven stick shift for over 30 years and I've never experienced it with my other cars or vettes, but with the C7, this has happened to me several times. Not all the time, but it seems to be more probable as I'm in neutral in a drive thru or the driveway and place it in first gear and as I ease off the clutch, Boom,it pops out.

Sounds like the problem I had with my Jeep after installing a 4" lift. :) But pretty sure you didn't do that to your vette so best to take it in for service to have a look at. Sounds like its not seating fully into first, maybe an adjustment is in order.

Go to your User Profile, Click About Me, and fill in the Mileage and it will pop up under your avatar.

I just added a mileage field, and then got it to display under your avatar. If you do not have anything in that field, it will not display.

Chip, had the info posted since day one of owning my C7 masterpiece. I try to keep up on the mileage but it keeps on heading North.
