At ACS we never rest easy, even if we believe our products have reached our extraordinarily high standards. That is why, despite already producing our Zero1 Rockers, after being inspired by the forthcoming Z06 / Z07 model Corvette unveiled in January, we let our temptation run wild and free. We think you’ll agree that what we have created is yet more evidence for our commitment to style, synergy and evolution.

Introducing the ACS-C7 Zero7 Side Rockers

http://acscomposite.com/collections/corvette-2005-2016/products/acs-c7-z06-inspired-zero7-rockers

As always the Zero7 Side Rockers come fully prepped and primed, as well as smoothly moulded using our RTM composite process that makes rough edges a thing of the past. Our customers loved our Zero1 Side Rockers and requested something similar, but different. We were more than happy to oblige. Our dedication to smooth lines and sumptuous contouring has never been more evident making it hard to believe that the Stingray did not always possess these Side Rockers; such is the perfection of the marriage between component and vehicle.

The installation process is simple and hassle-free, taking only 30 minutes to complete, using the mechanical fastener kit supplied and avoiding the use of messy adhesives or double-sided tape.

The ACS-Stingray Side Rockers carry the following features as standard:

- Manufactured in an OEM-validated RTM composite material
- Enhances your car’s aerodynamics at high speeds
- Contoured profile for easy access
- Smooth finish to both sides that looks and feels good, and facilitates easy cleaning
- Mounted to the original OEM rocker panel
- Installation kit including (Passenger/ Driver Side Rocker Panels, 18 - - - Scrivets, 16 U-nuts & Bolts, Easy Instructions).
- Compatible with several other splitters on the market

When will these be available for a Z06?
Reach out to them via email or pm...they are compiling a pre-order list. I was told (via email) on Monday - "won't be long, we are in the tooling stages"

And got confirmation the Z is "15mm wider on the lower section"...so best not to use ones designed for Stingrays....

Why? Aren't the factory parts good enough?
My opinion only...

I was constrained out of factory parts (wanted "CFZ") on my order, now cannot find them available at GM parts, can't even find p/n's for the side skirts/rocker panel extensions (not surprising given production constraints still exist)....plus, I'm thinking I might prefer a composite to carbon fiber for both cost and repairability.....

Just installed my ACS side skirts and they look amazing.. Easy installation of around 1 hour ( extra careful ). I drilled all the holes for the rivers with no problems. Just make sure that you do not go deeper then 1/2" ( installed stopped on drill ). Fit and finish is perfect.

I did get the chance to go to ACS in Montreal a couple of weeks ago ( F1 race ) and let me tell you that Joe was amazing to deal with. He even took the time to walk me around his shop and show me how it's made. One word"awesome"..! Joe is truly a car guy who is super passionate about what he does. He even showed me a couple of new products that he is working on for the C7.
Highly recommend ACS..! ImageUploadedByCorvette Stingray Forum1435075618.064372.jpg ImageUploadedByCorvette Stingray Forum1435075654.776206.jpg
