Does anyone know if the radio on a 2LT can be dealer upgraded to include Nav?

I'm seeing a few C7's show up at dealers, some equipped with my requirements but lacking the Nav option.

On 2LT Nav is an option... I purchased my car with 2LT and paid the extra for NAV.... I should have my car sometime this week.

Yes, I know it's an option. I'm asking if that option box wasn't checked when the car was ordered can the dealer upgrade it with a software download or are there physical components needed that would require a complete radio swap or is it simply not possible?

I believe it is just software and an antenna
