I purchased one of these for my 2016 stingray. The goal was to be able to control the rear valves like the npp does. After reading about the successful install of one forum member, and the great reputation of Akrapovic, I went for it. I purchased a Borla S-Type with AFM and NPP valves and the Akrapovic controller. I went to a very good mechanic that specializes in tuning and exhaust. He has received 3 bad parts from Akrapovic. Akrapovic has been very difficult to contact, offers little to no trouble shooting and only communicates through a chat once a week or so. My car has been in the shop for a month and a half waiting on Akrapovic. Does anyone have any recent experience with this part or with contacting Akrapovic?

Sorry to hear you are have problems. I installed the Akrapovic exhaust valve controller for a non npp exhaust on my 2014 with Billy Boat exhaust with NPP valves in 2014 and has worked without issue ever since. Good luck!

Thanks for responding. It's now been over a month and a half of slow and sometimes no response from Akrapovic to troubleshoot this issue. One thing we're seeing is that the voltage coming into the controller unit is 12v but only 1.4 going out to the npp valves. The technician has tried 3 of these units and they are all doing the same thing. That seams like the units are bad. They're not sending out enough voltage to move the actuators. Very frustrating.
