I'm sure it was another forum, but somebody started a thread to post your best mileage over 25 miles.

This was at 10.7 miles

25 miles was 84.6

33 miles was over 97!!!!!!

50.2 was 61.7, a little blurry

This was accomplished today (Father's Day 2014)

The challenge is on.....beat it!!!!

Here's an easy one - just take the Mount Washington Auto Road, and get the trip MPG as you coast down the mountain with the car in idle.

You'll definitely get 99.9 MPG, even in Track Mode - the highest possible based on the 3-digit readout!

But make sure you check the weather before driving to the summit - Mt. Washington has some of the most severe weather on the planet!

Would be a better representation to use this particular screen choice.

I would really like to see some members get an accurate 100 mile thread put together. We can all drive like a grandma for 25miles. 100 is a bit harder. ;)

Memorial Day weekend we drove 500 or so miles one way between Eastern PA and Michigan. I averaged 32 to 33 miles to the gallon. Doing 8 & 1/2 wonderful hours each way. Really got to know and understand the car going through all the menus options. While I really don't care what mileage I get the car as mileage is not important for me in a sports car. I did spend some time going back to the mpg screen just for fun which is how I noticed the mpg. When set at 400 miles toward the end of the trip was still above 30 mpg.

My GOAL is to have the WORST mileage ever.
I'll wait till I install the catch can and clean side separator, then I'll post my worst mileage.....maybe even a video of a 180+ mph run.

I just completed a trip to Boston - a bit under 2000 miles total. I averaged 31.8 MPG (7 spd in ECO Mode) on the highway legs (with an average speed of 68 MPH).

I had to show my relatives the Trip Meter data, since no one would believe me.

Fuel economy in the city (in Sport Mode) was a bit less, but provided plenty of fun for the passengers.

I'm Jealous! I love Boston. Last trip in 2009 we stayed at the Lenox Hotel on Boylston and went to 3 Red Sox games.

Pretty dang exact to my 32mpg over 1000 mile trip that included hours of mountain driving. I also was in Econ mode and in 6th gear most of the time. Used 7th maybe two hours and didn't see any improvement, so stayed in 6th. I think the 31 - 32mpg is pretty much accurate for this car on the highway, which is damn fine for a car with 460hp. I love it!

So your AVG is 18.2.
Well, HELL YES! I just did that to see what it was capable of mileage wise. Plus, GM is buying it back in full for numerous issues, so I now drive it like I stole it, which I kind of did!

Okay... here's a 'real world' mileage... this is from my trip from SW Wisconsin, to Pahrump (for the Ron Fellows school on June4). The trip total at just over 4000 miles, was 30.5... must have been more 'up-hill' in the east direction?
(Edit, to add the photo of 31.0 mpg)
(another edit) By 'real world', I mean over an extended distance, not city/highway... the return trip did include some 'city' driving around at the school, in Las Vegas and in Grand Junction Colorado.
