By putting C7 on this plate, he is admitting the C7 has SO MUCH of his attention.

I don't expect it would go the other way. I don't think you would see a Corvette owner so obsessed with a Viper.

The poor guy does not know what he has done. He is giving much more validation to the C7 than if he had said nothing at all.

I would thank the guy for marketing the C7 for GM. For you know people will ask him what the plate means and he will have to explain what a C7 is.
