Hi guys.

Do you cover your car in the winter? If so, what is the best car cover? Drop the coin for the official cover offered by Chevy? Or is there a better alternative?

Well, since you'll be parking indoors (I assume) all that's really needed is a dust cover, so virtually any generic cover will serve that purpose. The GM Corvette covers look nice, but you can find a suitable light car cover for a fraction of the GM price.

I agree with Mobius, but I must confess that I really like the GM cover. It matches my Kalahari verte top.

it will be parked inside during the snowy days....but afternoon hail in the summer monsoon season is not unusual.

I've seen a few covers that advertise severe weather protection - though anything beyond pea sized hail I'd probably throw a quilted bedspread over the car

Are there any high quality indoor covers for the C7 that are less expensive then the official GM cover? 400 bucks seems kind of high. Well maybe it just seems high because i'm buying like 100 other accessories.

I used a CCC Noah type for my Prowler...for 13 years...still like new when I sold it.
