Just bought Mobil 1 Supercar formula 0w-40 on Amazon 6qts for $63.62 (free shipping) and will be here on Friday.
I have an extra Mobil 1 ESP 0w-40 sitting on my shelf. Also bought some AcDelco Pf64 oil filters @ $5.90 each vs the
$10.50 -11.00 that the local auto parts stores want.
When I do my oil changes and add back the oil, I start with 6 quarts, let the engine run, shut it off, wait 15-20 mins (good time to put tools away, clean the windows, rubbing alcohol / clean wiper blades, tidy up garage), recheck the level, and then add oil as needed.
