Best procedure for cleaning off windshield bugs on a road trip?

So I'm laying out at the beach now with the girlfriend on Hilton Head Island. Still waiting on delivery of my Z51 C7. On the way down my windshield got coated with bugs. Any suggestions for how to care for your windshield on a road trip? Are there disposable cleaning cloths or do you pack microfiber towels? I assume using the windshield cleaner at gas stations is a huge no no. Thanks everyone!

Question was windshield, I just use the squeegee sitting in a bucket of cleaning solution most stations have off the Interstate. Why make it more difficult than it needs to be, its just glass.

Some microfiber and a manual car wash when the need arises takes care of the rest if I'm not going to be home in a day or 2.

KISS principle at work.
Keep the cleaning time to a minimum so as not to irritate your passengers. I use the squeegee with minimal juice from the bucket and in the evening Invisible Glass with a cotton kitchen towel on the windshield and side windows.

Quick Detailer and micro-fiber works well to take the bugs off the front if they are not too severe. Otherwise Bug and Tar Remover with micro-fiber followed by Quick Detailer and a clean micro-fiber.
