I get the glass cleaner from GM and it works great. I am in the land of love bugs and they are tough. I carry the GM cleaner and a roll of towels in the trunk. works for us. cutnout aka Charlie
Best procedure for cleaning off windshield bugs on a road trip?
So I'm laying out at the beach now with the girlfriend on Hilton Head Island. Still waiting on delivery of my Z51 C7. On the way down my windshield got coated with bugs. Any suggestions for how to care for your windshield on a road trip? Are there disposable cleaning cloths or do you pack microfiber towels? I assume using the windshield cleaner at gas stations is a huge no no. Thanks everyone!
