Best product for cleaning matte black inside of rear hatch??

I am throwing out a request for opinions on the best way/product to clean matte black inside the rear hatch lid...i got window cleaner overspray on it and after wiping it off have streaking that is driving me nuts...and the more i try to even things out, the more damage i seem to be doing..lol

Try CarPro PERL Coat Plastic & Rubber Protectant. Apply per its directions (you dilute it with water). It works very well.
