After 6 months of R&D on our shop car, and tons of dyno testing/tuning, we're ready to start the first production run for our C7 twin turbo system! We will shelf stock (2) variants, and as with any of our systems, we can custom tailor to your needs. These systems will be available to order as mail-out (DIY), or we can make arrangements for you to bring your vehicle in to have a full install/tune performed in-house. Keep in mind that our prices include things like catch-cans, methanol injection systems, and every last part needed to install.. down to a set of colder plugs. This is a 100% complete bolt-on system with nothing else to buy.

Our base kit starts off at 675hp/625tq, on 93 octane with meth injection at only 7psi. From there, the same kit is capable of 800hp on a otherwise bone stock car through the factory cats/exhaust at 10psi. With a built engine/fuel upgrades, the same base kit may support higher numbers, but we have not tested it past 800hp. With a few upgrades to our base kit, our next level up will get you to a 1200hp capable system.




C7 BW800 Twin Turbo System- $11995.00 mail-out / $16995.00 installed and tuned

- (2) 304L TIG welded/back purged 14 gauge stainless turbo headers (Made in America, using aircraft grade 304L stainless, flanges machined on 3 axis CNC, and true 4-1 merge collectors.. NOT formed collectors)
- (2) Precision Turbo billet wheel turbochargers
- (2) Precision Turbo waste gates
- (2) 304L TIG welded 16 gauge stainless downpipes (Made in America, using aircraft grade 304L stainless, flanges machined on 3 axis CNC)
- (1) 50mm blow off valve
- (1) BW 800hp TIG welded bar and plate intercooler (Made in America, using Precision cores)

* Both systems require dyno tuning. Your car will start and drive normally with the base file in place at partial throttle. In other words, you may drive your car to a dyno without any issues as long as you stay out of boost.
** You must have a built engine and trans (if auto) to make over 700whp. Also, fuel system upgrades are required. This price assumes that you have those things in place at the time of install. If not, please consult with us to obtain pricing

Our shop car is a bone stock automatic/wet sump car. Other than our turbo system it has ZERO additional modifications. We do not inflate HP numbers on the dyno, and we believe we have the best designed system on the market today. 6 months of design and testing, in-house, has allowed us to design and build a proper set of turbo headers that keep the turbochargers close to the heat source (engine). We do not believe in remote mounted systems, as they do nothing but increase lag and slow down transient response. In addition, our system requires only slight trimming on the radiator ductwork in the front bumper to fit the intercooler. Other than that, there is no cutting or grinding of any metal or structural parts. Simply put, we believe that there is no other system out there better than ours.

What meth system are you using? Alky pump? Any pics of your catch can setup? How would it compare to LMR's?

We use Devil's Own methanol injection systems. They have one of the best atomizing nozzles that we've seen.

Our kit uses the RevXtreme catch can. It's nice, because it still retains crankcase evacuation under vacuum conditions. This means a cleaner engine over the lifespan of your vehicle. I'm not familiar with LMR's setup, so I can't really compare the two. I don't think their system retains crankcase evacuation, though.
