It means that your car will start going down the assembly line that day. Its called your target production week, your car should be delivered to you in about two weeks from then

TPW - it is your target production week. When the car is supposed to go down the line and can start to be built any day that week. The day it starts it takes 2 1/2 to 3 days to completely assemble your vette.
