OK I have to say a HUGE THANK YOU to my SFR Family for not calling me out on my signature! :sorrow:

After reading this thread a little bit closer, I now realize that our 78 is NOT a Stingray.....and no one said a thing about my signature being wrong. WOW thanks guys for not embarrassing me. :nevreness:

I will now go and update my sig to NOT say Stingray. Here's to "self discovery"! LOL
There's enough of that "type" on other forums.

Bryan, that's not a non-Stingray, it's a "Fastback Shark", more rare than them Stingrays.........

1976 Corvette @ Sebring

1976 wide body corvette @ the 1976 Sebring 12 hour race I think this was John Greenwood. You take that corner to tight and you blow out your tires. Those were some fun times covering the race for vette views mag back in the day. Press credentials helped get some good pictures. Lynn St James started her racing career in a Vega @ west palm beach race track back in the 70's. a little known fact. Her husband @ that time drove a corvette @ Daytona.

Just purchased this beauty (well to me it is, haha). It's a 1975 L82 4spd car. Apparently they only sold 1057 4spd cars in 1975 so I think thats kinda neat. Lowest number of 4spd manuals offered during the C3 run (68-81, auto only for 82) .
