Actually, yellow has been historically one of the least popular corvette colors, usually second or third from the bottom. My 2015 will be yellow and so I am "positively biased." I breathed a sigh of relief when Doug Feehan stated in January that the C7.R will be yellow, for that means it will continue to be an offered color even if yellow is one of the less popular colors. Two previous polls this year, but those among buyers of the StingRay (as opposed to Detroit News readers), had yellow as only a 4% selected color, with LRG and silver being the only colors with fewer selections -- and night Race blue being only slightly more popular. Those polls were much earlier this year. Here, for example is a Corvette forum poll which asked, at the end of March, which color will you be ordering:

I just picked up my black one last night. Another guys was picking up his silver one. I've always loved it in black.
