My c7 was built then shipped on Dec 12, seems it found it's way to train yard in Michigan and has been there for almost 30 days. My dealer in NJ can't seem to answer my questions regarding delivery to his location and does not return my calls. Perhaps I'm the pia. According to the person at Chevy.com the car must be pre- inspected before it goes on it's way.
I thought it was inspected before it left the factory.
Me thinks someone screwed up and sent it to the wrong yard and the shipping co does not know it's there.
I don't build and ship cars, I just buy and enjoy them. Just looking for info about my ride. Been wanting a vette since 1954. I know I'll enjoy the c7, if it ever gets here.
Thanks for any wisdom regarding the delivery process.
I think I'm on the wrong thread for this question, but I'll ask anyway

The rail system worked great to get my wife's Cadillac from Michigan to CA very quickly. It was also trackable while in transit. Don't throw the baby out with the bathwater. They just need to fix whatever problems they are having with it for the Corvettes.

Did something happen to cause this other than the shipping by rail fiasco?
