Does anyone know if the C7 manual transmission has lockouts like some previous stock models did?

The manual trans retains the 1 to 4 mandatory shift unless you are going 27 MPH or over 3,000 RPM. In both cases it will then allow to you shift into second. For those who still do not like this, there will be the same, aftermarket, approximate $20, easy to install module to avoid that.
