Today I put the C7 on the lift.

To my understanding is that if the lift isn't put under the car right,it will tear it up.

There are a number of lift points (pg. 10-4 http://www.chevrolet.com/content/da...ip/Manuals and Videos/02_pdf/2k14corvette.pdf ), and using pucks (I like old hockey pucks if you've got em) is also helpful.

I've got a set of these, they are beautifully made. I will carry them with me at all times, just in case the need arises to lift the car (flat repair, tire replacement, etc.).

Great idea - I'll drop a puck into the trunk "secret storage" area in case of similar circumstances.
