Can anyone help me. Wanted to know why my car went from the corvette factory in bowling Green to Ohio to be shipped out to California.

It is sent there to be put on a rail car and delivered to your dealer in California. Mine went the same way and was shipped on a Norfolk Southern RR car via BNRR to the westcoast. Yours will probably be the same via Southern Pacific or something like that. Look for it in about two weeks.

Understandable, I was the same way. I spent the last 5 days waiting at the dealership so I could do a video of the delivery by truck. No one new exactly when the carrier would bring the car the last 12 miles to the dealer so I parked my ass at the dealers so as not to miss it. It worked in the long run but some thought I had lost it.

It won't be long now and then you will be happy as I was.

Your dealer should be able to provide you with the rail car number. It's called an ETTX number. With that you can track the rail car from Toledo to CA.

My Car also moved from Bowling Green to Toledo Ohio yesterday headed to Great Falls Montana and then truck delivery to Kalispell.
Dealer Workbench said ETA August 7th but dealer said don't expect that to be accurate.
I am going to the Dealership on Thursday and take care of all the paperwork so when it arrives it won't take so long.

That is so cool. I did the same and it really spead things up at the delivery end. People who have never gone through this process that we have all endured just don't understand us and probably never will. I have had many new cars in my years and I have never been so excited as I am about this one. I just had my Belltronics STIR Plus radar detector installed and sat and watched all day while they did it. Super job and all works as expected.
Your dealer has all the necessary info by now to commplete your paperwork, so good luck and enjoy when you get it. Your car sounds really cool to, I did the same in Cyber Gray with all the Carbon Flash accents and Blk Wheels with Blk Calipers etc etc. Super Sluther it is. haha!! Everyone that sees it really like the colors and accents. Yours will look similar to the Pacific Edition of the 2015's.
