Who at GM puts out the constraint report?When is this done each week or when?Would like a official place to get the CORRECT FACTS.ie "web site"

GM posts that info to its dealers every Thursday. When one of the dealers posts it on the 'net (which he does everything Thursday) it gets posted here:
