For your what it's worth department. Constraints and waiting for what you want is nothing new in the Corvette world. I wanted clear pop tops, spoilers, L-82 engine and 4-spd stick on my all black1979. I waited 7 months after I ordered it. It was worth the wait to get what I wanted. Your wait will be worth it also. Had forgotten about that, and coincidentally just a month ago a friend told me about waiting for six months on his new early C3, due to an air conditoning constraint. Thanks "rc jr" for historical perspective.

Of course, if you go down to your Ferarri dealership today, and buy a new one, you will be told you will be waiting about 2 1/2 years for your new car IF you even qualify for that model.

"rc jr", I've been telling myself, "Savor the Moment" and try to "Enjoy The Journey"..... "Stop And Smell The Roses" and all that stuff. Man-O-Man, this waiting is killing me and the anxiety is brutal... LOL But your spot on! Only problem is the wait and John has been waiting longer than any of us.
