I looked in the manual but it dosent descibe the button on the right side of the hood release, in the maual # 13 is the hood release, what does this button do?

I looked in the manual but it dosent descibe the button on the right side of the hood release, in the maual # 13 is the hood release, what does this button do?

It disables the interior "intrusion" motion sensor and inclination alarm. These features come with the enhanced security system for the 2LT/3LT packages.
