Usually the OBD2 reader you would be using has a book explaining what each code means including, on the more expensive models, the codes unique to a specific OEM.
Not much help, no comprehensive list for the 2014 Corvette, mostly older models. I'm sure there will be one out there soon enough. Single code input, not too well either.
