So, if you are attending Spring Mountain or Bondurant, consider just checking with your insurance company to be sure you don't get a discount on your insurance now that you're such a pro.

I had to call USAA for something else today, and I just randomly asked them about discounts since I'll be a better driver after I attend Bondurant's High Performance Driving School in February. He said no for me, but YES for CA residents 20 and under. So, not such a stupid question I guess.

Every company is different and every state is potentially different even under that company, so who knows? Maybe yours gives a discount for over 20's?

My opinion on pretty much everything is "It never hurts to ask."

Cheers,

I asked my insurance company a few years ago after taking a defensive truck driving class. State Farm tells me they are already giving me the best price. Sure you are. ;)
