Becky D. who works for a Chevy Dealer in Michigan has been providing build info for members on their forum site for several months.
She's been able to provide info when local dealers didn't have a clue or were to lazy to look.

4 pages vs. 140 pages you decide who's providing the most help. Also someone recently posted that Chevy Customer Care wasn't able to get their code for them. My experience with CCC back in 2009 was horrendous. My experiences were published in an auto magazine that was running a piece on the old GM vs. the new GM and how most things haven't changed. I'm still waiting for that phone call that was promised by GM management.

Just giving other forum members another option to use.

It is not 2009 and "ChevroletCustomerCare" has folks now that really care, and their internal tracking software is also upgraded.
