I was wondering how the existing door sills are attached. I was thinking about switching out to the Stingray type.

Is it 3m tape or snaps? is it an easy removal?

I don't know if I would use a small screwdriver might risk small bends in the metal. I might try something very wide like that used for taping sheet-rock, mud knife.

I have used narrow plastic paint scrapers to accomplish to same type of job, but they are a bit on the flimsy side.

If you use metal ones just make sure to wrap a piece of tape around the end so you don't scratch the car.

5 pc trim tools off amazon...i keep yelling it from the rooftops, if you mod anything, you need to spend $15 bucks for these:
I agree with Glen!

I also believe even if you don’t mod your cars you should own a set of these. Best $15 bucks I ever spent on tools!
