Interesting that Edmunds.com has already created a review category for the 2015 Z06. It has mostly the same information as one would find for the 2014 StingRay, e.g., two seater, gasoline powered, V8, etc.

And others speculate this will be a twin turbo…..regardless, it will be fast!

Many of the top auto media were invited to a GM briefing on the Z06 last week, with a conditional embargo they "agreed to," to not release the Z06 info until a specific date (believe that is just after midnight, Monday, January 13th. -- the day the Z06 and the C7.R will be released at NAIAS). Either Edmonds.com speculated about the motor being supercharged, that Edmunds.com choose not to attend, or someone "spoke out of turn," or ?

The bigger picture is that as the many top auto media choose to attend GM's Z06 briefing, when those media start dissecting pictures and/or making pronouncements at this point, might there not be additional validity to their "predictions?"
