Does anybody know exactly what body parts/panels etc. are included in this option?

All grills and vents -- except not the front grille nor the rear fascia vents which remain black. EFX turns the following vents Shark Gray:, hood vents, front fender vents, coupe rear quarter vents, and taillight vents.

This option remains 100% constrained, and rumors (not fact), are that it will remain constrained for a while longer. GM is saying that the reason for this total constraint is "supplier restriction."
