I have been given a chance at a great deal and am excited to be getting a C3! This has always been my favorite body style of Corvette as I grew up in the 80's. This is a 1971 Convertible 4-speed with the base 350. Engine has already been rebuilt, new exhaust, and a new convertible top. Very good condition as well. We currently have a 2016 Stingray with the M7 transmission and a 1988 Auto Convertible. The 1988 is a project car that we're slowly working on restoring as time and money allows. Going to be great to have another one in the garage!

I completely agree. I was a kid in the '70s and still love the shape and style of the C3. I also recently acquired a C3 as a project car. It's a 1980 with the L-82 engine. Colors were not my first choice, but the car has everything else I wanted (L-82, Mirror T-tops, Gymkana suspension, Aluminum wheels, etc.) I also learned shortly after it was shipped to me that it was originally sold in Canada. Always good to see someone who loves the C3 Corvette as much as I do. Enjoy!

Congrats on your new C3! I was completely ecstatic when I goy my 82. IMHO, the C3's are the best looking Corvettes. I miss mine. If C3's were a bit wider inside, I would definitely buy another, no questions asked! I hope you enjoy yours!

I know it's all subjective but I too really like the c3s. I mean they're all great but the c3s for me are the sexiest versions. I had a 1976 for 20 years. I always love the body style and I always said if they could only come out with a contemporary version of it, now I know this will be a stretch, but I believe the c7 is a contemporary version of a c3. Either way, congrats! Great looking car!

Cool that you got a C3. I seldom see one on the road these days. I was in high school in 1974 and working in a super market where I loaded groceries into cars. A lady who owned a steak house would drive her blue 1972 Stingray to the store to pick up steaks. I got Corvette fever as I loaded the two bags of steaks into the blonde’s fiberglass two-seater. The Stingray was in pristine condition and still smelled new. My coworkers always announced when the blue Stingray had arrived so I could load it.
