So says Driving.CA, calling it one of the eight 2015 cars that has got them very excited.

Would the automotive world be a better place without a 650-horsepower Chevrolet Corvette Z06? Not one bit. Understandably, we were rather giddy when GM announced it will also release a droptop version of its so-called “most track capable Corvette ever.” The Z06 Convertible shares a 6.2-litre supercharged V8 with its fixed-roof counterpart, rated at 650 horsepower and 650 lb.-ft. of torque and is fed to the rear wheels via a seven-speed manual or a new eight-speed automatic transmission. Best of all? Even if it’s missing the roof, it’s actually stiffer than the previous, fixed-roof Corvette Z06.

Very cool, I know I'm giddy for it as well, haha! Pretty cool list as two of them will be in my garage soon (not soon enough). While I drool over the Z06, my wife has been drooling over the Volvo XC90. You can tell we were meant for each other as we have common interest and all (sarcasm), haha!

Indeed a very beautiful and stunning car. Even though Iam ordering a hard top coupe the vert is very striking. Over on another corvette website (not to be mentioned) they are talking that the UAW fired its President and a possible strike is looming. Do you guys know anything about this. The "last thing" I want to see is a strike. I want my ZO6. Yes, Iam somewhat "impatient" and I fully admit it. Hope all is well with you John.
