There are surprisingly few Stingrays available here in So Cal so I ordered from Rick Hendrick in GA. Considering the distance it was a surprisingly smooth process. GM really needs to improve the process on their end though; they will have a hard time pulling people from Porsche and BMW with the long waiting periods and lack of transparency. That said, the car itself is amazing and well worth the wait.

I live in SoCal as well and went with a dealer in Denver because of the "premium" the local guys are charging. I also noticed none of the SoCal dealers made it very high sellers list that was recently published even though there are millions of people in the area. Wonder why... Picking up my C7 in a few weeks.
