Hello all, I have been serching the form for pictures and pricing for Aftermarket front Spliter and Skirts. I would like to see a post that has a good side by side comperson of what out there. Now with GM getting into the game with the (CFZ ) opt. listed in the 2015 Buyers Guide I would like to start one.

So if any vendors that offer a Spliter and Skirts would like to post pictures of them and any info that could be helpful to those of us trying to decide on which one is best for each person. I have seen the Version by Weapon X and love it but have some dessions to make abut the use of GM splash guards and how they look at the wheel wells.

If you want to post your pricing great if not that fine also. Me personaly I have a Shark Gray on order and need to decide what version I'm going with and how the combo of Carbon Flash and Carbon Fiber will look.

Thanks for you help and not only it will help me but others looking to build their car.

If you're talking about the splitter that angles upward I was thinking the same thing. Is there a reason it is not parallel to the ground. That's my only hesitation.

I would also be interested in hearing about the different vendors, options, looks, and prices. I've looked at Weapon X, ACS, RPI and a few others. Some companies offer "packages" to make ordering simple. Seems ground clearance may be a big issue on the splitter, so I'm hesitant to dump $1000 on a carbon fiber splitter if it will eventually break or get scuffed up. I have also seen some splitters and skirts painted in carbon flash online, but not up close...wondering how that looks. I would prefer to use existing holes for mounting and avoid drilling into the car. Any info or vendor comments would be appreciated.

Thanks! Yes our kit was designed to bolt on, and is DIY friendly. We install the kits free of charge at our shop since they are so simple to put on. They retain factory hardware, and utilize 3M automotive tape for extra support. We've sold over 150 kits with everyone's complete satisfaction. We keep that OEM look! Look for a second version of our aero kits, and kits for the Z06 in early 2015!

Here are some photos of our kits installed on a variety of vehicles:

If you buy these kits. Then you dont need splash guards, correct?
I would think that you would still need the OEM splash guards, if you want splash guards.

There are a lot of kits out there that vary in size/clearance for the front splitter. I have driveway entrance issues and the Lashway gave me the clearance I needed and still gave the car an "edge." Make sure you make an informed decision. All of our supporting vendors kits are excellent.
