This is a carbon flash Jake 2.0 stinger stripe that I got from GM. It's the carbon flash version of the one they put on Johnny O'Connell's Hall of Fame C7 as seen below. Price is $250, shipped.

The blue is just the protective film over the top of the vinyl. It's what you pull off once you have the vinyl adhered to the hood and have smoothed out the bubbles. You'll see yellow paint through the areas that are just the blue. If you put it on your velocity yellow, you'll have velocity yellow showing through the blue areas. I hope that makes sense.

Unfortunately, I bought it at a National Corvette Museum auction. I don't know of anyone actually producing these.
