American Car craft put up a good vid for getting off the shoulder vents for painting, cleaning, etc - FAR too much work for me, but here it is:

I just installed the Z06 vents on my 2014 Z51. This video was very helpful. Took about 30 minutes per side. Thanks very much for posting. Just a couple of notes. The 3 nuts that hold the vents on are actually 8 mm nuts and the screws are a T10 not a T15. Other than that...great video.
