For months, my order number has returned the error message that my order can't be found - contact my dealer. And we know that Chevy has told us that the website was giving bad information, and was taken off-line. Out of shear self-abuse, I've tried the website frequently only to get the same error message.

Just tried it, and lo and behold - a valid response received. Did they get it fixed?

{not to say that i liked the response - still sitting at 1100.....sigh}

It must be working now. I've been trying mine daily since the end of October with no success. Tried it just now after reading your post and tried just for fun. It's working.

Yes, it's working, but my order is STUCK in place! Is it EVER going to move to Queued for Production! Grrrrrrr!

I checked mine last night and it was working except for the fact that I ordered a convertible and it was showing the picture of my car with a black top. I think, for some reason, all convertibles are shown with a black top. Does anyone else have any info on this?

On the bottom I believe it says pictures may not be displayed with all options.....so as long as your workbench is correct you should be good.

I just tried my order number and it worked OK; although I don't like the answer. I'm sure you double-checked your number - what error message did you get?

Hmmm, sorry you're having trouble. Just tried it again, and again I get a status reply. Might be a problem with your Tapatalk; have you tried from a computer through the web?

What is the link to the order tracking that will return the numeric status such as 1100, 2000, etc.

I was able to use Chevy Order Tracking | Track Your Order | Chevrolet last night but it did not return the status number.

Tonight, that site returns an error message:
An error occurred while processing your request.

That's because there is not an external website outside of GM. Those numbers are for internal use, and we only have them thru the good graces of people like Kelly and Talon90.
